To make this infusion it is recommended to use one teaspoon for a teacup or two for a glass. Leaves can be poured with a boiling water, however, the tea is bound to be strong and very intense. To make it more delicate it is enough to wait till the temperature drops to 95 °C. After about 3 minutes the tea will become golden-brown, which means that the infusion is ready to drink. This tea ought to be prepared with the tea infuser, since the leaves brewed for longer than a few minutes can make the tea too strong and a bit bitter.
